I don't know, you could give it a try maybe. 1) Set you desktop resolution @60Hz. 2) Launch the game, and set the game to "Fullscreen window" and "60" fps, then leave the settings menu. 3) While the game is still launched, set your desktop resolution @xxxHz, your game should now be capped at xxx fps.

the framerate just got broken after a crash, i already reinstall drivers and nothig, if i change the hz of my monitor from windows to 60 i can play it on 60fps, but if i put 75 my game just lock to 37 and cannot move
