I'll play around with the ISO settings like u said. This really depends on application, I generally do 2.7k at 60 FPS but if I'm doing action footage I will step down to the 1080p at 120 FPS. If I'm doing a scenery shot then I will go 4k with 30 FPS and just slow my movements.
