First of all go to: Documents >> Electronic Arts >> The Sims 3 >> DCCache and delete the .dbc file from there. This will get rid of all the custom content. But don't worry, even if when you enter the game, nothing will collapse, it will just be replaced with standard things.

PortraitPanel. This mod changes the Portrait Panel to display a maximum of 24 sim portraits, useful for playing overstuffed families. Clicking a portrait with the middle mouse button will now bring up the sim menu. Similarly, double clicking on a portrait will do the same (for those of you sans middle mouse buttons).

I don't think it needs an additional module and should be seen with just the base mod of NRaas StoryProgression installed. Although you are able to control your inactives and actives with on what time you want them at home, or even disable the times by entering Curfew Begin> 0 and Curfew End> 0 on for example the Teenagers Caste.
